Trina Lim

Trina Lim is the managing partner and co-founder of Axcelpro Assurance LLP with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of finance, accounting, auditing and taxation. Her industry experiences include public listed companies, multinational corporations and SMEs from various industries such as manufacturing, shipping, commodities, trading & distributors, engineering,
construction, tourism, advertising, technology and information, food and beverages, investment holding, property developers, automobile and its related industry etc. Trina has also been involved in special purpose assignments such as financial due diligence for M&A exercise, assisting clients on special exercises relating to corporate tax matters and replies to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (“IRAS”), audit of Societies, Grants, and witnessing and issue of Audit Reports of Lucky Draw for various MNCs to Criminal Investigation Department (“CID”), working alongside closely with clients’ management team and board of directors.

Trina started off her career in a commercial as accounts executive before joining Ernest & Young LLP as an Audit Executive where she accumulated considerable experience in the audit of multinationals and public-listed companies in Singapore. She then left EY Singapore and joined a local firm for 9 years where she worked her way up from an audit senior to a partner level. She was
also part of a mid-tier public accounting firm as an Audit Manager where she led her team in the audit of public listed companies listed on Singapore Stock Exchange (“SGX). She eventually set out her own practices (audit, non-audit, corporate tax services) in 2011 before the merger with Axcelpro in 2023.
